This Regulation, adopted by UBI Banca S.p.A. in implementation of the current internal dealing provisions laid down in Art. 19 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 and the relevant amendments and implementing provisions, together with the applicable provisions of Italian primary and secondary legislation in this area, and in particular Legislative Decree No. 58/1998 and the Issuers' Regulations adopted by Consob Resolution No. 11971/99, as amended, are intended to ensure the transparency of transactions undertaken by Significant Persons and Persons Closely Associated with Significant Persons, as defined in this Regulation.

The obligations contained in this Regulation shall apply, amongst other things, to purchases and sales, subscriptions or exchanges of shares, debt securities, derivative instruments or financial instruments associated with them.
