The Consolidated non-financial declaration is published pursuant to Legislative Decree 244/2016 (DNF); it constitutes, in the form of a separate document, an integral part of the consolidated management report and also represents the Group's Sustainability Report.
It has been drafted in accordance with the Comprehensive Option of the GRI Standards. The topics to be addressed, and therefore the GRI indicators to be used, are defined through Materiality analyses.
The calculation of environmental indicators also reflected the relevant guidelines issued by the Italian Banking Association, which reflect the GRI instructions in areas where insufficient details are provided, to ensure that the data provided by different banks are more comparable.
This Report was deemed to be compliant by the Auditor, Deloitte & Touche SpA. The opinion expressed by the Auditor applies to compliance with Legislative Decree No. 254/2016 and the GRI Standards (including Financial Sectors Disclosures).
The documents in this section refer to the periods following the announcement of the merger that took place in November 2006. Please refer to the historical documentation for the consultation of the Social report of BPU Banca and Banca Lombarda prior to the date of the announcement of the merger.
