The merger between BPU Banca and Banca Lombarda became effective on the 1st of April 2007. On the same date, BPU Banca changed its name to UBI Banca. 

The Press Releases present in this section are subsequent to the announcement of the merger in November 2006. 

As from 5th August 2020 UBI Banca is part of the Intesa Sanpaolo Group and starting from 5th October 2020 the UBI Banca share is delisted.

The merger of UBI Banca into Intesa Sanpaolo was effective as from 12th April 2021.
